When you submit an insurance quote request through ClearChoiceQuote, your information may be provided to one or more licensed insurance carriers, agencies, or agents in our network so they may prepare and provide a quote you requested.
SMS Program — Not Subject to This Disclosure
The disclosure on this page applies only to consumers who submit an insurance quote request through our quote form. Consumers who opt in to SMS through our Contact form are not subject to this disclosure. SMS opt-in data is collected only on the Contact form via an unchecked, brand-named SMS-consent checkbox, is used solely by Clear Choice Quote LLC to reply directly to that consumer's inquiry, and is never shared with any insurance carrier, agency, agent, or any other third party for any purpose. What This Means for You (Quote Requests Only)
- 1.By submitting an insurance quote request through our quote form and providing the disclosures shown there, you authorize ClearChoiceQuote to provide your quote-request information to one or more licensed insurance carriers, agencies, or agents in the network listed below so they may prepare a quote.
- 2.A network member (or its licensed agents, brokers, or vendors) may contact you regarding the insurance quote you requested.
- 3.Standard message and data rates may apply for any text messages a network member may send. Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe from that sender.

This list is not exhaustive. ClearChoiceQuote may add, remove, or modify network members at any time without prior notice. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for updates.
Our Network
Opting Out
You have the right to opt out of communications at any time:
- Text Messages: Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe from that sender.
- Phone Calls:Request to be placed on the company's internal Do Not Call list during any call.
- Emails:Click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email.
- All Communications: Submit a privacy request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
