Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last Updated: February 14, 2026
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), and other state privacy laws, you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information.
What Does “Sale” Mean?
Under California law, a “sale” includes any exchange of personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. As a lead generation service, ClearChoiceQuote shares consumer information with insurance agents, agencies, and carriers in exchange for fees. This activity may constitute a “sale” under the CCPA and similar state privacy laws.
